OKEECHOBEE WATERWAY LOW LAKE LEVELS CREATING HAZARDOUS NAVIGATION

Notice is given that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is advising commercial and recreational vessels to use extreme caution traveling the Okeechobee Waterway Route 1 and 2 due to low lake levels.
Recreational and commercial vessels are asked to use caution and be aware of shallow water and submerged objects when navigating through these sections of waterway. For daily updated lake and route depths please see our website at: http://w3.saj.usace.army.mil/h2o/currentLL.shtml
