Public Notice Notifications

The Jacksonville District currently has five categories of public notice notification mailing lists. If you wish to receive email notifications when new public notices are added to this page, please send a request to Regulatory Webmaster.  Each category is described below. Be sure to specify which list(s) you want to be included on.

Florida - This includes all public notices for projects being reviewed for Standard Permits within the State of Florida.

Antilles - This includes all public notices for projects being reviewed for Standard Permits within the Antilles area (this includes Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands).

Tropical Storms & Other Emergencies - These public notices provide information on procedures for emergency permitting requirements due to specific tropical storm events or other emergency situations.

Special Issues - These are public notices that involve the Regulatory program but which are generally not limited to one particular geographic area. These would include public notices for the establishment or modification of Restricted Areas/Danger Zones, re-issuance of General Permits or Nationwide Permits, changes to guidance and policies, etc.

Administrative Penalty - These public notices provide information associated with Administrative Penalties. An Administrative Penalty can be assessed to address violations associated with issued Department of the Army permits.

    Osceola County, Center Lake Properties, LLLP, Orlando, Florida. PROJECT PURPOSE: Basic: The basic project purpose is mixed use master plan community with recreational access to navigable waters within the city of St. Cloud. Overall: The Overall Project Purpose for the Center Lake Ranch Project is to develop a mixed-use master plan community that includes single family and multifamily residential communities (at least 3,500 units), parks (at least 25 acres), community services (school, firehouse), roads, ponds, and commercial/office uses (at least 25 acres). Access to a lake or waterbody must be available to support the recreational component of the project. The project must have access to City utilities (water/wastewater).

    St. Johns County. Russell Cox, Jacksonville Beach, Florida. PROJECT PURPOSE: Basic: The basic project purpose is to construct a private residential home and dock. Overall: The overall project purpose is to construct a private residential home and dock on Fourth Street, St. Augustine adjacent to the Tolomato River.

    Duval County. Florida Yacht Club, Jacksonville, Florida. PROJECT PURPOSE: Basic: The basic project purpose is the repair and protection of structures. Overall: The overall project purpose is the repair and improved protection of existing dock structures at the Florida Yacht Club in Jacksonville, Florida.

    Flagler County. Attention: Faith Alkhatib, Bunnell, Florida. PROJECT PURPOSE: Basic: The basic project purpose is shoreline stabilization. Overall: The overall project purpose is shoreline stabilization along the Atlantic Ocean shoreline between R-2.3 and R-11.8 (Reach 1), R-15.9 and R-24.3 (Reach 2), and R47.9 and R-65 (Reach 3) in Marineland, Palm Coast, and Beverly Beach, Flagler County, Florida.

    Palm Beach County. Ironwood Development, Inc. Delray Beach, FL. PROJECT PURPOSE: Basic: Water access, shoreline stabilization, residential development. Overall: To provide water access and shoreline stabilization for proposed single family development in Gulfstream, Palm Beach County, Florida.
