The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), Jacksonville District is requesting permit applicants provide as an attachment to the ENG Form 4345 a land survey of the portion of the property which is within the Federal right-of-way (ROW) or other Federal land interest. Receipt of this information will allow the Real Estate Division to conduct a concurrent review with the Regulatory Division so that where the Real Estate Division identifies no concerns within the ROW or Federal land interests and a permit can be issued, Regulatory Division will condition the permit to allow a Permittee to proceed with construction while the consent-to-easement is being prepared.
