Florida Fish and Wildlife’s, biologist Andrew Dew, developed the Spray Tracker platform and modified the a GPS device that could withstand the harsh outdoor environment. With the device and the platform still in its early stages, FWC invited partners like USACE and local contractors to demonstrate the tool and invite them to be a part of the pilot program.
