University of North Florida (UNF) President John A. Delaney (left) and Col. Alan M. Dodd (right), Commander, Jacksonville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers signed a Memorandum of Understanding on November 25, 2014, in order to advance educational opportunities between the Corps and UNF in STEM subject areas – math, science, engineering and technology – for developing student scientists and engineers.
