    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District announced today that non-federal sponsors of federally authorized and constructed hurricane and shore protection projects (HSPP) which sustained damages resulting from Tropical Storm Debby have until August 31 to apply for rehabilitation assistance under Public Law 84-99.
