Carre Four Combit, a rural road in the Cul-de-Sac region of Haiti. Pedestrians and animals are the methods of transport used to carry goods from this region to market, with occasional vehicular traffic. Roadway conditions, slope stability and existing structure encroachment are some of the issues that will be addressed in the roadway improvement project.
