Two engineers from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District took top honors recently at the annual Installation of Officers and Directors of the Jacksonville Post of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) held at the Naval Air Station Jacksonville Officers Club.
