    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District (USACE) has conducted an environmental analysis in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, as amended. The Supplemental Environmental Assessment (SEA) for the Central Everglades Planning Project (CEPP) North Phase L-4 Design Refinements addresses refinements to water flow distribution project features in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, Florida. The South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) and USACE are proposing modifications to the authorized CEPP North Phase features that would improve the L-4 Canal and replace the authorized L-4 Levee Degrade with culverts and spreader canals.
