During a Jan. 23 site visit to the Picayune Strand Restoration Project, Jacksonville District resident engineer Mike Miller and Project Manager Lacy Shaw provide an overview of the project to Maj. Gen. Michael J. Walsh, Deputy Commanding General for Civil and Emergency Operations for USACE. Also in attendance was (from left) Jacksonville District Commander Col.
