Antilles Area Office

SAN JUAN, PR. (July 20, 2023) – Col. Charles L. Decker took command of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Task Force Virgin Island/Puerto Rico (TF-VIPR) today during a change of command ceremony at the Fort Buchanan Army Post in San Juan. He becomes the 1st commander of the highly anticipated Task Force.

Pittman, Director of the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) as well as representatives of its seven laboratories on March 30.
