The Julian Keen Lock and Dam is experiencing a large floating debris island blocking the Lake side approach, which is causing a Hazard to Navigation. Currently it is blocking the entire approach and the Lock is closed. This could cause long, unscheduled lock closures until it has been cleared from the channel.
