The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Jacksonville District and its Bobber the Water Safety Dog mascot will team up with NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race drivers and Bass Pro Shops to promote water safety Nov. 16 prior to the 8 p.m. NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Ford EcoBoost 200 race at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
