Command of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District will change hands during a traditional Army ceremony Thursday, Sept. 9, starting 1:00 p.m. at the Terry Theater, Times Union Center, 300 Water Street, Jacksonville.
The event will be livestreamed from the Jacksonville District Facebook page at www.facebook.com/JacksonvilleDistrict. Attendance at the Times Union Center is limited and only by invitation due to COVID social distancing requirements.
