USACE issues Interim Operations Plan for the Central Everglades Planning Project A-2 Stormwater Treatment Area

In January 2026, pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District (USACE), issued a Notice of Availability for the draft Supplemental Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Proposed Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) to support the Interim Operations Plan for the Central Everglades Planning Project (CEPP) A-2 Stormwater Treatment Area (STA).

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Seeks Public Input on Proposed Recreation Features for Indian River Lagoon-South Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District, has released a draft Supplemental Environmental Assessment (SEA) and proposed Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) evaluating the addition of recreational features to components of the Indian River Lagoon-South (IRL-S) Project, a key component of the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan.
