JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Jacksonville District Regulatory Division will be hosting a free Regulatory Transformation one-day workshop on August 4, 2026. The purpose of this workshop is to bring together Regulatory experts, as well as federal, state, and local partners and industry consultants, to share insights, network, and learn about the latest USACE policies, updates, and best practices.
The event will include a full day to discover how USACE’s Regulatory Program is leveraging innovation and streamlining processes to support mission success. This session will cover key Regulatory updates, offer insights, and allow for Q&A on ESA & EFH, Mitigation, and Section 408 of the Rivers and Harbors Act; provide instruction on the latest Jurisdictional Determination tools and submitting A+ applications; and answer your Regulatory Request System questions through a live demonstration.
